Thousands of baskeball fans from around the world chatted LIVE during the All-Star Game in our global fan forum. And they weren't shy about sharing their opinions about the game and their favorite players. But the overriding feeling was that it was great fun just to participate in this global forum with other NBA fans. As Fernando (Lima, Perú) summed it up: "Look at this forum, people from all over the world uniting. Whether it be over basketball or peace, it is important for us as a people to globally unite in such a way. Thank you NBA for making this possible." And we say thank you Fernando for your kind words.

Fan were able to follow NBA All-Star 2004 with 12 different live audio broadcasts in English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Tagalog, German, Serbian, Chinese (Mandarin), Macedonian, Russian, Italian and Polish.

A record-tying six international players, including four reserves, will join West starters Tim Duncan and Yao Ming at the 2004 All-Star Game.

The first-ever NBA games in China will take place October 14 and 17 when the Houston Rockets and the Sacramento Kings play preseason games in Beijing and Shanghai.
