On Sunday afternoon, the Detroit Pistons played the L.A. Clippers at the Staples Center. Later that night, the Trail Blazers played the L.A. Lakers, also at Staples. Neither Detroit nor Portland has played since, which means both teams should be well rested when they meet at the Rose Garden on Wednesday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
