Seven-game schedule features trip to Central Oregon, matchup of top two picks in NBA Draft at Rose Garden
PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Trail Blazers today unveiled their 2007 NBA preseason schedule, which tips off Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Rose Garden against the Los Angeles Clippers.
One of three preseason contests at the Rose Garden, the Trail Blazers host divisional rival Seattle on Oct. 24, in a matchup that will feature the top two picks in this year’s NBA Draft, Portland’s Greg Oden and Seattle’s Kevin Durant.
The Trail Blazers will once again bring a home game to fans around the state, capping their seven-game preseason schedule at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center in the Bend-Redmond area on Oct. 26, with a game against the Denver Nuggets.
Tickets for Portland’s three preseason games at the Rose Garden go on sale Friday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. at trailblazers.com, TicketsWest outlets or by calling (503) 797-9600. The on-sale date for the Oct. 26 game in Central Oregon has yet to be determined.
