How much does it cost to join the Kids Club? A: This year there are two pricing options—Upper Level, which costs $20, and Lower Level which costs $50—with the difference being the location of the four tickets included in your membership. What do I get with my membership? A: With your New Kids Club membership you will receive (a): Kids Club membership card Kids Club Membership Kit- Kids Club backpack, t-shirt, miniball, and pennant (a $60 value) 10% discount at the Team Store Private “Meet-the-Team” event Exclusive autograph opportunities 4 FREE tickets (location based on option purchased) to be used at designated Kids Club games How do I join the Kids Club? A: You may purchase your membership in person at the Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office, online at bobcats.com or by phone at 704-688-8300. Once I join, how do I receive my Membership Card and Membership Kit? A: If you join at the Arena box office, present your membership card and membership kit redemption voucher at the Team Store or at the Kids Club booth at the next Bobcats home game to receive your membership kit. If joining online, you can select the option to have your membership card and vouchers left at Will Call; you would then need to present your membership card and redemption voucher at the Kids Club booth or the Team Store to receive your kit. You can also select to have the membership card, vouchers and kit mailed to you. If you join by phone you may pick up your card and vouchers at Will Call at the next Bobcats home game and then proceed to the Kids Club booth or the Team Store to pick up your kit or you may request to have the membership card, kit and vouchers mailed to you. All members joining at the Kids Club booth during Charlotte Bobcats home games will receive their card and kit at the time of purchase. If I am renewing my child’s membership, are there any new additions to the kit that my child can take advantage of? A: With a Renewal membership, your child will receive a new Kids Club t-shirt, miniball and pennant. Unlike previous years, no additional purchase will be required. How do I renew my child’s membership? A: You can renew your child’s membership online, by calling the Kids Club line at 704-688-8300, at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena box office or by stopping by the Kids Club booth at any home Bobcats game. Renewing members will receive a $5 discount on the Upper Level option and a $10 discount on the Lower Level option. How can I take advantage of the Kids Club free tickets? A: With your membership kit, you’ll receive four free ticket vouchers which can be used at designated Kids Club games (see listing below). Kids Club members can use their ticket vouchers however they would like. Keep in mind however, that only two ticket vouchers can be redeemed per half. If I have more than one child, do I have to pay a membership fee for each child? A: Yes. The membership fee is per child. Each child will receive the same great benefits. Can I come with my child to the special Kids Club events? A: Of course! Each Kids Club member is allowed to bring one parent or adult chaperone with them to Kids Club events. If I forget to bring my Membership Card to a game, can I still use my free ticket vouchers? A: No. You must present your Membership Card to receive any Kids Club associated benefits, including your free tickets. What if I lose my Membership Card? A: Lost Membership Cards will not be replaced. Attach your Card to the lanyard provided in your Membership Kit and keep it in a safe place. A new membership fee is required for issuance of a new card. Will my membership card still be valid if a Bobcats player/coach autographs it? A: Yes, and a whole lot cooler.
