Bucks players and coaches read to 1,500 MPS students at the Milwaukee Art Museum
November 15, 2007 MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Bucks, in collaboration with Sam's Hope Literacy Foundation, sponsored a "Read To Achieve" event on Thursday, November 15, at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Players and coaches read with the 1,500 Milwaukee Public School students in attendance. Each student received books for their home libraries. Ten thousand books were distributed by the end of the event. The theme of this year's event was "When Fathers Read, Fathers Lead." Photos by Gary Dineen (NBAE/Getty Images)
