Bulls finalize training camp roster

September 26, 2014--The Chicago Bulls announced today the signing of free agents Kim English, Ben Hansbrough (HANDS-bro) and Solomon Jones to round out their 2014-15 training camp roster. Per team policy, terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

English (6-6, 200) split the 2013-14 season between Montepaschi Siena of Italian League IV and Chorale Roanne of the Pro A French league.  In 26 games with Chorale Roanne, he averaged 11.2 ppg and 2.4 rpg in 26.4 mpg.  During the 2012-13 season, he posted 2.9 ppg in 41 games with the Detroit Pistons. 

Hansbrough (6-3, 203) spent last season with CB Gran Canaria of Liga ACB (Spanish League).  In 32 games, he averaged 11.0 ppg, 2.4 apg and 2.1 rpg in 23.2 mpg.  During the 2012-13 campaign, he appeared in 28 games with the Indiana Pacers and averaged 2.0 ppg in 7.1 mpg. 

Jones (6-10, 230), an eight-year veteran of the NBA, has previously played for the Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Clippers, New Orleans Pelicans, New York Knicks and Orlando Magic.  In 281 career games, he has averaged 3.0 ppg and 2.3 rpg in 11.0 mpg.  In 11 games last season with the Magic, he averaged 1.3 ppg and 1.5 rpg in 7.7 mpg. 

The Bulls will open training camp on Monday, Sept. 29 with Media Day at the Advocate Center.
