CLEVELAND, OH - April 25th, 2008 - The Cleveland Cavaliers, in partnership with the National Basketball Academy, will host the official Cavaliers Summer 2008 Basketball Camp Program. Due to the popularity of the camps, there will be 19 camps offered this summer including 18 day camps and one overnight camp. Several regional camps have been added to this year’s program. They are located in Warren, Lodi, Columbus, Kent, and Vermilion, Ohio.

Campers will be grouped by skill and ages, ranging from 7-16 years old. The camp curriculum includes skill development stations such as shot mechanics, ball handling, passing, defense and rebounding. There will be guest speakers, daily skill competitions, 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 games. Campers will also receive a Cavs 2008-2009 game ticket, a skills packet to take home, a Cavs t-shirt, basketball and headband.

July 7-10: McDonald Athletic Complex (Columbus) - Boys and Girls Ages 7-16
July 7-11: St. Patrick High School (Kent) - Boys and Girls Ages 7-16
