ERIE, PA - June 11th, 2008 - The Erie Bayhawks of the NBA Developmental League will be hosting their first ever Fanfest, Saturday, June 14, 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Tullio Arena. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.

"The members of the Cavs dance team are a great addition to the event," said Matt Bresee, vice president of business operations. "It will be a great atmosphere with games, Moondog, the girls and plenty of giveaways from the BayHawks and both of our NBA affiliate teams, the Cavaliers and the 76ers."

The event will feature:
  • An appearance by the Cleveland Cavaliers mascot Moondog from 3 to 4 p.m. Kids can get autographs and their photo taken with Moondog.
  • Members of the Cavs Girls dance team will perform and take photos between 3 to 7 p.m.
  • The Cavaliers inflatable dunker, Shoot-A-Round, and Game Face photo stands.
  • A chance to shoot hoops on the court.
  • An opportunity to register to win a rare, autographed LeBron James official NBA basketball.
  • The first opportunity to meet and welcome to Erie the team’s new head coach.
  • Plus: face painting and while supplies last, snacks from Troyer Farms for the kids
  • The first chance to select-a-seat in the game day layout at the arena.
  • Loads of giveaways, surprises and fun.
