One benefit of being a Cleveland Cavaliers season ticket holder is having the ability to receive information about and purchase tickets to Quicken Loans Arena concerts and family shows prior to the public on-sale.
With Pre-Sale Access to purchase Q concert and event tickets, season ticket holders are able to purchase the same number of tickets to all Quicken Loans Arena Events as they have in their Cleveland Cavaliers account. (Maximum of 8 tickets) By faxing the form that you received via email or fax to (216) 420-2368, our Event Information staff will fill your ticket order and mail it to you approximately two weeks prior to the show date. All season ticket holder Pre-Sale Access ticket orders will be placed in our Club Sections. These tickets guarantee a great view for any type of show.
Please note that once we receive your fax order a confirmation is not sent. As long as your fax was transmitted with no problems prior to the Pre-Sale Access deadline, we have received your order. Remember, Pre-Sale Access ticket orders are sent out approximately two weeks prior to the actual event.
