A 13-point first quarter for the Celtics -- their slowest start of the postseason -- put them into a double-digit hole that they couldn't climb out of as Boston lost Game 3 108-84 to the hometown Cavaliers.
Kevin Garnett led the Celts with 17 points and Paul Pierce added 14 along with five assists. Ray Allen chipped in 10 points. Leading the series 2-1, the Celtics will try for their first road win of the playoffs on Monday in Game 4. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. on TNT.
