UNUSED SEASON TICKET NIGHTS - With Jam season tickets, there's never a wasted ticket. You can redeem any unused tickets for a future regular season Sunday-Thursday game for tickets of equal or lesser value. Tickets can be redeemed at the box office during regular Rabobank Arena box office hours.

PLAYOFF TICKETS - Be the first to receive information on playoff tickets. In the event the Jam qualify for the post-season, you will have first right of refusal for your seats as well as the opportunity to purchase additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

JAM MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTS - Jam full season ticket holders receive a 15 percent discount on all regularly priced Jam merchandise.

ID CARD - All season ticket holders will receive an ID Card, giving them access to the Flashco Board Room and the ability to quickly and easily display your seat locations to ushers for easy mobility in the arena.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER SPOTLIGHT - Each game, one season ticket holder will be selected at random as our Season Ticket Holder of the game. In the spotlight, you will receive an autographed Jam item, mention at the game, and recognition on bakersfieldjam.com.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER PRIVATE ENTRANCE - Be greeted like a star as season ticket holders have their own private entrance into the arena. Located on the Southwest side of the building by sections 100/117, this special entrance is located right next to season ticket holder parking and the Flashco Board room for easy access.

FLASHCO BOARDROOM ACCESS - The Flascho Board Room, located on the main concourse, is an upscale, full-service bar just for season ticket holders and sponsors. This is a great place to enjoy a pre-game meal, have a cold beverage, or even watch the game.
