Signed restricted free agents Francisco Elson and Jackie Butler. Drafted Damir Markota, (Forward, Croatia) but traded to Milwaukee.
Phoenix Suns
Agrees to sign Brazilian guard Leandro Barbosa to a five-year extension Phoenix signs unrestricted free agent Marcus Banks to multi-year contract and signs unrestricted free agent and New Zealand centre Sean Marks. Drafted Sergio Rodriguez, (Guard, Spain) but traded to Portland. Acquired the Draft rights to Rajon Rondo from Boston in exchange for Brian Grant.
LA Clippers
L.A. Clippers sign unrestricted free agent Tim Thomas and second-round pick Paul Davis. Signed unrestricted free agent Aaron Williams.

Philadelphia 76ers
Drafted Thabo Sefolosha, (Guard, Switzerland) but traded to Chicago. Acquires the Draft rights to Bobby Jones from Minnesota and Edin Bavcic from Toronto

CSKA Moscow
Signed a three year contract with 2006 Final Four MVP, point guard Theodoros Papaloukas and also agreed teams with guard Anton Ponkrashov who arrives from Spartak St.Petersburg
BC Khimki Moscow
Will play in next season’s ULEB Cup.
Winterthur FC Barcelona
Signed center Fran Vazquez on a four year contract.

Signed Croatian guard Roko-Leni Ukic and Slovenian guard Jaka Lakovic on three year contracts.

Lottomatica Virtus Roma
Named Croatian Jasmin Repesa as their new head coach. Agreed one year contract extensions with guard David Hawkins and forward Alessandro Tonnolli and a five year deal with guard Daniele Bonessio.
Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv
Named Neven Spahija as their new head coach on a two year contract. Spahija arrives after one season with Lithuanian side Lietuvos Rytas.
Adecco ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne
Signed French forward Nouha Diakité and American forward Chevy Troutman.
