NBA

San Antonio Spurs
Drafted Damir Markota (Forward, Croatia) as the 59 th pick overall but traded to Milwaukee for a future second-round pick. Then acquired Matt Bonner and Eric Williams from Toronto in exchange for Rasho Nesterovic and a 2009 draft pick.
 
Phoenix Suns
Drafted Sergio Rodriguez ( Guard, Spain) as 27th pick overall, then traded to Portland for cash considerations. Also traded Brian Grant and rights to Rajon Rondo to Boston for a 2007 first round draft pick.
 
LA Clippers
Drafted Paul Davis (34 th pick overall), Center, Michigan State and Guillermo Diaz (52nd pick overall) Guard, Miami.
 

Philadelphia 76ers
Philadelphia acquired the draft rights to Rodney Carney (16th pick overall) from Chicago along with a 2007 second round draft pick and cash considerations in exchange for the draft rights to Thabo Sefolosha (13th overall).

They also acquired the draft rights to Jones (37th overall selection) from Minnesota in exchange for the 76ers second round draft pick in the 2007 NBA Draft and cash considerations.



Euroleague

CSKA Moscow
Signed a three year contract with 2006 Final Four MVP, point guard Theodoros Papaloukas and also agreed teams with guard Anton Ponkrashov who arrives from Spartak St.Petersburg
 
BC Khimki Moscow
Will play in next season’s ULEB Cup. Second in regular season, defeated 3-0 by CSKA Moscow in the play-off finals.
 
Winterthur FC Barcelona
Signed point guard Jaka Lakovic of Panathinaikos on a three-year contract.
 
Lottomatica Roma
Will play in next season’s Euroleague.
 
Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv
Named Neven Spahija as their new head coach on a two year contract. Spahija arrives after one season with Lithuanian side Lietuvos Rytas.
 
Adecco ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne
Signed French international Aymeric Jeanneau
