Grizzlies work Magic in 103-94 win

Zach Randolph's game-high 24 points lead the Grizzlies to a 103-94 victory against the Orlando Magic Monday night at FedExForum.

Randolph led all scorers on the floor with his 24 points on 8-of-12 shooting, eight rebounds and season-high six assists in 30 minutes of play.  He recorded his 25th double-double of the season and ninth straight since his return to the lineup from a nine-game absence due to a sore right knee.

Marc Gasol, also recording a double-double, contributed 16 points and 10 rebounds in 30 minutes of play.

Both teams shot .474 FG. Although the Grizzlies took the match, the Magic lead in points in the paint (48-40) and second chance points (15-8). However, Memphis outshot Orlando at the free throw line. The Grizzlies shot .923 on 24-of-26 while the magic shot .640 on 16-of-25.  The Grizzlies are now 23-2 when scoring 100 points or more.

Nikola Vucevic and Victor Oladipo both led all Magic scorers with 18 points. Vucevic hauled a game-high 12 rebounds, recording a team-high 27 double-doubles on the season.

Memphis will travel to Dallas tonight to play them tomorrow, Tuesday Jan 27 at 7:30pm (CT).
