Grizzlies claw Raptors, 92-86

Marc Gasol's game-high 26 points guided the the Grizzlies to a 92-86 victory against the Toronto Raptors Wednesday night at FedExForum.

Gasol led all scorers on the floor with his 26 points, including 11 in the fourth quarter, and seven rebounds and game-high five assists in 35 minutes. He's recorded back-to-back games with 20 points or more for the first time since doing so in four straight from Dec. 21-27. Zach Randolph contributed 19 points and 13 rebounds in 36 minutes. He recorded his 23rd double-double of the season and seventh straight since his returning to the lineup from a nine-game absence due to a sore right knee.

The Grizzlies held the Raptors to a season-worst .318 shooting (27-of-85 FG) from the field, including a season-low 5-of-28 (.179) from deep. The Grizzlies shot .459 (34-of-74 FG) from the field and 1-of-7 (.143) from three-point range.

Lou Williams led all Toronto scorers, recording 21 points and three rebounds. Williams was also perfect 7-of-7 (1.000) from the charity stripe. Kyle Lowry added 20 points on 7-of-23 shooting (.304).

The match-up tied 14 times throughout the first three quarters. Down by one heading into the fourth, the Grizzlies outscored the Raptors 32-25 to eventually take the game.
