Get live with the Grizzlies outside the team’s tunnel as they make their way out of the locker room and on to the court for warmups.

Groups FAQ
FedExForum
FedExForum is located in downtown Memphis at 191 Beale Street.
Bus Parking is available at no additional cost to the group on South 4th Street parallel to FedExForum.
Buses should remain parked on South 4th Street for the entire Grizzlies game.
The main entrance to FedExForum is located across the street from the Westin Memphis Beale Street hotel.
Doors open 90 minutes prior to game time, unless otherwise noted.
If you are participating in a Fan Experience, contact your Grizzlies representative to coordinate the appropriate arrival time for your group.

FedExForum has implemented a CLEAR BAG POLICY that also limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into any event.
Only bags meeting the following standards will be allowed inside FedExForum:
●Clear bags made of plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 6x8x2 inches
●Bags MAY NOT have an all-over print or decoration that prohibits FULL view of its contents
●The bag may contain a strap, but metal or chain straps are prohibited
●One quart or smaller clear plastic storage/freezer bag (Ziploc or similar)
●Wallets (sized to carried in the front or back pocket) no larger than 5x3.5 inches
Clear bags and wallets compliant with the above will also be screened through X-Ray machines.
Limit one (1) CLEAR bag per person.

Limited game day parking is available for purchase at the Gossett Motors Garage located at 195 Doctor M.L.K. Jr Avenue. Additional parking is available at nearby parking lots here.

Digital Ticketing
Groups of 10 or more qualify for our group ticket rates.
Additional tickets can be purchased at the discounted group rate up to 2 weeks prior to the game.
Contact your Grizzlies representative to purchase additional tickets for your group.
All tickets, including those purchased at the FedExForum Box Office, are delivered to guests by text or email at time of purchase and guests will self-scan their mobile device at entry.
Ticketed guests must download the official Grizzlies Mobile App, then click on the ticket icon and log into Ticketmaster by selecting the ‘my tickets’ option.
For further assistance with mobile ticketing, contact your Grizzlies representative.
For Grizzlies games, all children under 24 months do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder for the duration of the game.
All children 24 months and older require a ticket at the listed price to enter.
Group tickets are non-refundable once paid in full.
Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be offered for unused tickets after the game has been played.
Fan Experiences
As part of your group experience, your group’s name will be included in the group welcome messages displayed on the scoreboard.
Contact your Grizzlies representative to confirm your scoreboard welcome message.
Non-participants can watch the experience from their ticketed seats or wait in the pick-up area until participants return.
For the safety of your child, participants must be at least 6 years old to take part in our experiences.
Individual experiences may have age ranges that vary.
Yes, all fans in attendance at the game over the age of 2 require their own ticket.
Fan Experiences take place at specific times during the game therefore, late arriving participants will not be able to take part in their experience.
Grizzlies gear! If your group has a matching jersey or uniform those are great options.
No opposing team gear is allowed for on-court Fan Experience participants.
Autographs and selfie photos are not permitted prior to, during or following the fan experiences.

Non-participants are not allowed to join participants on the floor level of FedExForum.
You can take photos of the experience from your ticketed seats.
