The Hawks Entertainment Department is made up of entertainment teams, which include the ATL Dancers, the ATL Boom, the 404 Crew, the Flight Crew, Sky Squad and Harry the Hawk, as well as a roster of DJs and Emcees. All these groups are available to request at events and appearances.
The Entertainment Department (ENT) is part of the larger Live Entertainment and Production Department (LEP). LEP is tasked with overseeing all assets of in game and out of arena entertainment including talent, audio, video, production, engineering, game entertainment, scripting, signage, games, and more.
The goal of this form is to help connect the dots and bring the Hawks brand to life at events in the metro Atlanta area and at State Farm Arena using various entertainment assets.
Understanding the requestor’s goal is imperative, the below factors are taken in consideration when reviewing requests:
All requests can be submitted using the below request form.
Please submit this form no less than 3 weeks prior to the event/appearance date. Once submitted the requestor will receive an email with acknowledgment of receipt within 2 business days of submission. Once the request has been received the ENT department will vet and follow up with confirmation or denial of the request and additional event/appearance needs including but not limited to logistical information, costs, and payment instructions.
