Hornets Recall Aaron Harrison From Oklahoma City Blue

February 7, 2016 – The Charlotte Hornets announced today the team has recalled guard Aaron Harrison from the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA Development League.

This marked the second assignment to the Blue for Harrison this season (also on assignment Jan. 21 -Jan. 23). Harrison has appeared in four games for the Blue this season, averaging 9.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 18.3 minutes per game. On Feb. 4 against the Los Angeles D-Fenders, Harrison recorded a D-League career-high 12 points on 8-of-10 from the free throw line, while handing out two assists in 23 minutes of play. 

The 21-year-old rookie has appeared in 13 games for Charlotte, averaging 0.5 points and 0.6 rebounds in 4.2 minutes per contest.  The Kentucky product went undrafted in the 2015 NBA Draft and signed with the Hornets on July 14 as a free agent.
