My Hornets Account

Managing your Hornets Season Tickets has never been easier. With the “My Hornets Account” online ticket manager, you not only can update your personal information and track ticket usage, but also get the most out of your Season Tickets for the entire season.

Ticket Forwarding: Can’t make it to the game but know a friend or family member that can? “My Hornets Account” makes it easy for you to e-mail your tickets for all home games, all with just the click of your mouse. You can e-mail your tickets up to 2 hours before tip-off on all home games.

Hornets Ticket Swap: Not going to be using those tickets for this Friday’s game? No problem! You can swap your unused tickets for additional tickets to select home games. Contact your Fan Experience Representative prior to the game you are going to miss and he or she will help you get extra tickets to an upcoming game.

Ticket Exchange: With the ticket exchange option, you can choose to re-sell your tickets or even buy extra tickets online at Ticketmaster for select home games at the New Orleans Arena.

Make Payments and Renew Online

Update Your Account Profile: You can log into your “My Hornets Account” and change your personal information including your address and phone number. Also, log on and personalize your PIN to make it easier to remember.
