Six years removed from the NBA Lottery, the Knicks will return with an opportunity to land the No. 1 overall pick on May 19. New York is guaranteed a top five selection in this year’s NBA Draft, which figures to feature a talented group of elite college standouts and international prospects. Let’s take a look at the Knicks odds:
- 1st overall: 19.9%
- 2nd overall: 18.8%
- 3rd overall: 17.1%
- 4th overall: 31.9%
- 5th overall: 12.3%
New York will have a 55.8 percent chance of landing a top-three pick and a 38.7 percent chance of picking in the top two when the ping-pong balls reveal the final results in late May.
