Today's Matchup: New York Knicks vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Where: Thomas and Mack Center
TV: MSG Network (8:30 p.m. ET)
Game Notes
After Thursday's 76-54 loss to Golden State, the Knicks (3-1) conclude their Las Vegas Summer League slate tonight against the Bucks.
New York's offense had been humming along in three straight wins, but the Warriors were able to limit the Knicks to just 21.7 percent shooting yesterday. Rookies Kristaps Porzingis and Jerian Grant combine for 26 points in the loss, but shot just 7-for-22 from the field. They did continue to play with aggression, getting to the free throw line six times apiece, each making five.
Today, Derek Fisher's group will go up against a talented backcourt of former UNLV Running Rebel Rashad Vaughn and Sean Kilpatrick, who average 34 points between them in Summer League. Grant and Langston Galloway will share the responsibility of containing the Bucks' two shot-creators while attempting to get the Knicks' attack back on track.
