If you are looking for a quick reference guide that will answer all of your questions relating to the Orlando Magic organization, it's finally here. The Orlando Magic A-Z Fan Guide will provide you with information about ATM Machine locations, Ball Kid and Birthday Packages, Concessions, Disabled Guest Accessibility, Fan Mail, Magic Dancers, Merchandise, Player Appearances, Publications, Tickets, and much, much more. Orlando Magic Season Ticket Holders will receive a copy of the Fan Guide with their ticket packages during the first week of October. The Fan Guide will also be available at the Fan Relations Booth behind Sections 117 & 118 on the concourse level at the arena and at section 104 along the red wall and at select events during the 2007-2008 season.

ALL-STAR BALLOTING
NBA All-Star game ballots will be distributed at Orlando Magic home games during the voting period. Fans have the opportunity for their voice to be heard by selecting the starting five for the East and West All-Star teams! Fans can also vote during this time online by visiting NBA.com.

ANIMALS
The Amway Arena welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.

APPEARANCES
All player, coach, mascot, dancer and Fanbulance appearance requests from community-based organizations must be submitted in writing at least six weeks in advance of the event on the official organization letterhead. The request must include date, time, specific event details and expectations of our talent. ATM MACHINES
For your convenience, ATM machines are located on the concourse level at the east end of the Amway Arena. They are located behind sections 106 and 107 on the concourse. There is also an ATM machine outside the Amway Arena. It is located on the east side of the building in front of the box office windows.

AUTOGRAPHS

BAGS, BACKPACKS AND PURSES
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted inside the Amway Arena and they may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.

BALL KID PACKAGES
The Orlando Magic offers the opportunity to purchase Honorary Ball Kid packages through www.orlandomagic.com. A package includes two tickets to a selected game and a chance for your young one (ages 10-14) to sit on the basket stanchion during the game and help rebound for the pros during warm-up before the game and at halftime. There are a limited number of packages available. For more information on ball kid packages, please call 407.916.2786.

BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted in the Amway Arena but may not exceed three feet in height and a reasonable length. Banners and signs may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the building. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature, offensive in any way to any person or group of people, or cause any disturbance with other fans. Amway Arena reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception at the team’s request.

BANQUET/MEETING SPACE
Have you ever thought about having your meeting or entertaining clients at a Magic game? Now you can! Banquet and meeting space is available, and free with the purchase of tickets for your group. For more information, contact the group sales department at 407.89.MAGIC and select “2”.

BASKETBALL CAMPS
The Orlando Magic Basketball Camps are the premier place to learn the game of basketball in a fun and safe environment. Our highly qualified staff will engage your child in a full slate of activities, including drills, fundamental development, skill enhancement, individual/team competition and live games. Camps are offered to children ages 5 to 17 and take place every summer and over the holiday and spring school breaks. Each registration includes one ticket to a Magic home game, camp T-shirt, awards, giveaways, free Gatorade and more! Campers also have the chance to meet Orlando Magic players and coaches (subject to availability). Past speakers have included Dwight Howard, J.J. Redick, Jameer Nelson, and Nick Anderson. BLACK TIE & TENNIES CHARITY GALA
The Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation, holds an annual Black Tie & Tennies Charity Gala. The event raises funds to be distributed to the Central Florida community non-profit agencies that support the OMYF mission statement through a grant process. TELEVISION
The Orlando Magic have entered into a new long-term agreement providing Sun Sports and FSN Florida with the exclusive regional television rights to the team. This agreement extends and expands a successful television and marketing partnership that began between the team and Sun Sports with the inception of the Magic franchise in 1989. The new agreement provides Sun Sports and FSN Florida with telecast rights to as many as 77 regular season games scheduled across both networks. David Steele (play-by-play) and Matt Guokas (analyst) return to call the games, with Paul Kennedy hosting the pregame show.

RADIO
Magic Radio Network (Flagship: Newstalk AM 580 WDBO) Every preseason, regular season and postseason Magic game is broadcast on the Magic Radio Network, with radio affiliates across the state of Florida. Dennis Neumann provides the play-by-play, Richie Adubato takes on the color analyst duties and Scott Anez serves as pregame, halftime and postgame host. The Magic Radio Network flagship station in Orlando is Newstalk AM 580 WDBO.

Magic Spanish Radio (Flagship: AM 1030 WONQ)
All preseason, regular season and postseason games will be broadcast in Spanish on AM 1030 WONQ (Salsa 1030). In addition, a Spanish-language call-in show, Inside Magic en Espanol, can be heard Mondays during the season from 6-7 p.m. Joey Colon will continue to serve as the voice of the Magic in Spanish, handling game play-by-play, pregame, halftime and postgame analysis. He will also host the Monday call-in show. Colon is joined by color analyst Ramon Rivas for all home games.

Additional Orlando Magic TV & Radio Programming

* Jeep Midnight Magic is a weekly half-hour television show which gives fans a behind the scenes look at the Magic both on and off the court. The program airs locally throughout the season each Sunday on WKMG-TV 6. It also re-airs on Sun Sports. Check local listings for programming times.

* Inside Magic, on AM 580 WDBO, airs in Orlando prior to each Magic game. Host Scott Anez takes questions and comments from Magic fans about the upcoming game, the NBA and the Orlando Magic team.

* Magic Tonight is a 30-minute statewide pre-game show airing on the Magic Radio Network. Hosted by Scott Anez, the show previews that night’s game with interviews from Magic coaches and players.

* Jack Daniels Magic Rewind is the Magic Radio Network post-game show, hosted by Scott Anez. The program consists of interviews from the Magic locker room, analysis, scores from around the NBA, and an opportunity for fans to talk basketball with members of the Magic broadcast team and coaching staff.

* The Massey Cadillac Stan Van Gundy Show is a one-hour program that allows fans to chat with the Magic Head Coach. The show airs from 6 – 7 p.m. on select Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the season on AM 740 WQTM (740 The Team).

* The Magic Draft Show is a three-hour program on AM 740 WQTM (740 The Team) on NBA Draft night each June, giving fans an insider’s view of the NBA Draft. The show features exclusive live reports from Draft Central, as well as interviews with members of the front office and coaching staff.

CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Small cameras are permitted in the Amway Arena. Small, personal video cameras are permitted for videotaping pregame, halftime, and postgame activities. Under no circumstance is the basketball game itself allowed to be videotaped. Anyone observed videotaping the basketball game will be asked to remove the camera from the Amway Arena. All professional cameras and video equipment (members of the media or freelance journalists) must be credentialed through the Orlando Magic communications department by calling 407.916.2623.

CANON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CLUB
Membership to the Canon Business Solutions Club at the Amway Arena is exclusive to Orlando Magic season ticket holders. The Canon Business Solutions Club offers a unique full buffet dining experience and full bar with reservation and guest privileges. Special requests are the club’s specialty. CHILD TICKET POLICY
For Orlando Magic home games, children less than 36” tall do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult’s lap. However, other events at the Amway Arena may require children of all ages to have a ticket for entry. Please check in advance by calling 407.849.2020.

CLUB CAMBRIA
A members-only establishment, Club Cambria is a modern all-inclusive club featuring private restrooms, a delicious buffet, private bar services and much more. COLOR GUARD
Your group can serve as Color Guard before an Orlando Magic home game and present the colors during the national anthem. COMMUNITY RELATIONS
The mission of the Orlando Magic’s community relations department is to build meaningful relationships by investing our charitable resources to touch lives and create opportunities to produce positive change in our community. The Magic’s community relations department focuses on developing children through education and promoting healthy lifestyles. Annually, Orlando Magic community relations efforts impact more than 75,000 kids. CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located throughout the Amway Arena on the concourse. Hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, combo meals, chips, peanuts, and candy can be found in designated concession stand stations. Bottled water, soft drinks, and cold draft beer accompany the wide range of food selections. All concessions will take the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Concession offerings are often changed to provide new choices but some of the current specialty stands provide the following:

Time-Out Lounge

Johnny Rivers’ Smokehouse

The Carvery

Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream

Ice cream of the Future are located at sections 223 and 227.

In-Seat Food and Beverage Service
Available to all courtside, Mercedes-Benz (Row AA-EE) and end line floor seats (Rows C-F). Service is available one hour prior to tip-off until five minutes into the fourth quarter.

The Orlando Magic accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Credit and debit cards are accepted at the concession stands (food and beverage) at the arena, and are accepted at the retail stands (see merchandise/souvenirs).

DISABLED GUEST ACCESSIBILITY
The Orlando Magic is committed to providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the arena. The Amway Arena is a fully accessible arena for all guests.

The disabled entrance is located on the east side of the Amway Arena. The entrance is located through the double glass doors to the right of the box office windows.

The Amway Arena seating for patrons in wheelchairs is located on the top row of our lower bowl level unless otherwise stated. Patrons with limited mobility who require special seating are encouraged to call the box office to speak with a ticket representative for more information. The box office can be reached at 407.849.2020.

Reserved disabled parking for the Amway Arena is now available. Go to www.orlandocentroplex.com for information on how to guarantee your parking. Non-reserved disabled parking is also available on a first come basis in the Orlando VoTech garage, CP1 and CP2 garage and Lot #1 on Livingston Street. Lot #1 has a special entrance for the disabled parking just west of the Marriott Crosswalk. Guests are encouraged to arrive one hour prior to tip off to improve their chances of attaining a disabled parking space.

DISABLED PARKING INFORMATION
The Orlando Centroplex is wholly dedicated to serving the needs of our disabled patrons, and ensuring that their entertainment experience is as memorable as possible.

There is limited availability of disabled parking permits directly around Amway Arena. Disabled parking availability is not guaranteed and will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Centroplex provides disabled parking options at the following parking lots: Lot 1, CPF1 Garage, CPF II Garage, Lot 5, Lot 6, the Courthouse Garage and the lot directly in front of the Amway Arena box office, when available. For a detailed parking map, please see page 37. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly for parking on the day of their event, and to check the Orlando Centroplex website regularly for event parking alerts.

DONATION REQUESTS
The Orlando Magic coordinates three full-team internal autograph sessions per year. The items are used to help community-based organizations raise money for their programs. All requests for autographed items must be submitted in writing at least six weeks in advance of the event on the organization’s official letterhead. EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency during a game, the Orlando Magic staff will utilize the public address system in the Amway Arena to inform guests of the situation and provide instructions as applicable. Please follow the instructions of the ushers and security staff. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

FAN RELATIONS BOOTH
The Orlando Magic Season Ticket Services & Operations department has two booths on the concourse level at the Amway Arena. The first booth is located behind sections 117 and 118. The hours of operation are from gate (door) opening until the crowd departs.

FIRST AID STATIONS
The first aid office is located on the main concourse at the east side of the arena behind sections 107 and 108.

FUNDRAISING
Use our ticket fundraising programs to raise money for your school, non-profit organization or charitable event. You can select the games and number of tickets to sell. We will provide all of the promotional material. For more information, contact the group sales department at 407.89.MAGIC and select “2”.

GAME DATE AND TIME CHANGES
All game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date change should occur, the Orlando Magic will notify the season ticket holder of record by mail. All game changes will also appear on www.orlandomagic.com and will be communicated through the local media. Please remember to notify anyone that you have already distributed your tickets to of the game date or time change. Generally, the Orlando Magic will not issue refunds or exchange tickets due to game date or time changes.

GATES OPEN (DOORS OPEN)
Gates open one hour prior to game time for all Orlando Magic home games. Gate opening times may vary if a game is rescheduled or extra time is required for general admittance. All fans are permitted access near the court for the first half-hour after the gates open.

GROUP REFERRAL PROGRAM
Can you think of friends, family or business associates who would be interested in bringing a group of 20 or more out to a Magic game? If so, provide us with three names of potential group ticket buyers. Should any of those individuals purchase a group ticket package you will be rewarded…IT’S THAT EASY! GROUP TICKETS
If you’ve ever thought about bringing a group to an Orlando Magic game, now is the time! There’s no better way to catch the action at the Amway Arena than to share the experience with a group of 20 or more. GUARANTEED GIVEAWAYS
“Guaranteed Giveaways” is a program available to Orlando Magic full season ticket holders who would like to receive one of each of the giveaways on the promotional schedule for the 2007-2008 season. For a one-time annual investment of $50 per giveaway package, full season ticket holders can pick up their guaranteed giveaway the day of the game from the guaranteed giveaway table, located on the concourse behind sections 106 and 118. LOST AND FOUND
If you lose an item during an event, please contact any season ticket services and operations staff member or any other employee for assistance. You may also check with the Orlando Police Department Office located on the east concourse near sections 107 and 108. Found items can be turned into the Orlando Police Department office on the east concourse. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days. For assistance on non-game days, please contact the Amway Arena security control office at 407.849.2085.

LOST TICKETS
If this happens, we strongly recommend you use the ticketForwarding program to email your tickets. This feature will email you a new set of valid tickets and deactivate your lost tickets immediately. TicketForwarding is a FREE and easy way to replace your lost/stolen tickets until two hours prior to tip-off. If you are unable to use ticketForwrarding, you may either contact the Magic ticket office directly or visit the customer service window at Amway Arena beginning three hours prior to tip-off. Replacement tickets will only be issued to the season ticket holder of record and a $20 reprint fee will be applied. If you find your lost tickets within seven working days after the game you were charged for, you may return the tickets (fully intact) and receive a refund of the replacement cost. Please be prepared to show identification. The Orlando Magic ticket office is unable to send replacement tickets via U.S. mail.

MAGIC FOR KIDS
As part of its “Commitment to the Community” efforts, the Orlando Magic is pleased to announce its second annual “Magic for Kids” ticket program. Businesses, corporations or individuals can purchase tickets at a reduced rate which will then be donated to Central Florida charitable organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida, and Soldiers to Scholars. In addition, the Magic will match the number of tickets purchased and donate them to a charity of the purchasers’ choice or to one of 25 community organizations. NBA FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The National Basketball Association, the Orlando Magic and the arena are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. NBA fans have a right to expect an environment where:
• Players respect and appreciate each and every fan.
• Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.
• Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
• Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
• Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the game.
• Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only.
• There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
• Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.
• Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejections without refund, revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

ORLANDO MAGIC CHAMPIONSHIP FOR CHARITY
The Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation, hosts an Orlando Magic Championship for Charity golf tournament to raise funds to be distributed to the Central Florida community non-profit agencies that support the OMYF mission statement through a grant process. Parking is available for all Orlando Magic games. There are 3,500 on-site spots to choose from as well as more than 7,000 spots within a one-mile area. The Orlando Vo-Tech Garage on Revere Street and the Vo-Tech surface lot on Hughey Avenue are cash only and cannot be reserved.

PRIORITY SEAT RELOCATION EVENT
As an Orlando Magic season ticket holder, it is your opportunity to relocate or upgrade your seats. Each year in June, you are invited to participate in the Priority Seat Relocation Event, which is held at the Amway Arena. Available inventory is based on locations from non-renewed season ticket accounts and those season ticket accounts with earlier priority dates that have already relocated their seats. Magic Magazine, the official team magazine, is available at all retail stands during all Orlando Magic home games. New issues of Magic Magazine are available each month. The magazine is also sold on the concourse and in the stands during the pre-season. Fans may also subscribe to Magic Magazine. PUBLIC TELEPHONES
There are no public telephones available at the Amway Arena. In case of emergency please go to nearest usher or security staff member for assistance.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Busses run on the Lymmo route through downtown Orlando and drop off in the Centroplex I garage across from the Amway Arena box office on Revere Avenue. RE-ENTRY POLICY
Guests may not re-enter the Amway Arena unless they have made arrangements with the Orlando Magic season ticket services and operations staff prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Magic and strictly limited to emergencies only.

RESTROOMS (PUBLIC)
Public restrooms are conveniently located behind the red tiled walls in each corner of the Amway Arena. All restrooms have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to guests with disabilities.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES
Have a message for a special someone that you want played during halftime of an NBA game? Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, or just a welcome message, say it in style! For an investment of just $50 you can have your special message displayed. To place your message in advance, contact the Orlando Magic at 407.916.2674.

SEARCH PROCEDURES
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required by the Amway Arena and the National Basketball Association prior to admittance to each game. The purpose of this search is to prevent guests from bringing into the arena unauthorized and prohibited items. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual, wanding or pat down searches will be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The guest must throw prohibited items in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search sticks may be used to move items around if necessary. Any items in question should be removed by the guest.

SEASON TICKETS

SEATS FOR SOLDIERS NIGHT
The Orlando Magic honor military men and women who continue to risk their lives in support of America by donating tickets to military personnel and their families. The Magic choose two games of the season to honor these men and women. The Magic will match each ticket purchased through the program and donate the tickets to the military men and women. The Amway Arena has seating capacity for 17,519 guests for every Orlando Magic home basketball game.

SECURITY
The Orlando Magic, National Basketball Association and the Amway Arena have implemented a number of security measures for the protection of everyone at our games. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience. Please also refer to the NBA Fan Code of Conduct posted at multiple locations inside the Amway Arena and on page 33.
Please be aware of the following:
• Fans entering the Amway Arena may be subject to security checks by searches, pat-downs and/or metal detecting equipment and/or K-9’s.
• Small baby bags and purses will be allowed in but will be inspected at all entrances.
• Large bags, coolers and backpacks will not be allowed to enter the building.
• Upon exiting the arena, fans will not be allowed to re-enter for any reason.

SHARE THE MAGIC
Season ticket holders can donate their unused game tickets to charitable youth organizations and make a difference in the lives of many underprivileged youth in the Central Florida community. Ticket donations are accepted until 2:00 p.m. the day of the game and are tax-deductible. The recommended way to donate your tickets for a game is online at orlandomagic.com via My Magic Account. Should you make your donation by telephone, please call 407.89.MAGIC and select “3” for season ticket services & operations. A representative will re-print your ticket(s) for the seat(s) donated. A new barcode will then be enabled for the donated seat(s). The barcode on the original tickets for the game(s) donated will no longer be valid for entry into the Amway Arena. You can also mail tickets prior to the game to “Share the Magic”, 8701 Maitland Summit Blvd., Orlando, FL 32810. For your convenience, we will mail you a receipt at the end of the month for tax purposes.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted once inside the arena. There are designated roped off areas outside the north and south main door entrances for smoking that open 15 minutes after the game begins.

STROLLERS
Strollers are not permitted in the Amway Arena.

Can’t make it to a game? Use ticketExchange to sell your season tickets anonymously to other fans via TicketMaster’s secure online exchange service. TICKET FORWARDING
Season ticket holders can forward tickets to family, friends, co-workers and clients, make payments and update account information by logging on to www.orlandomagic.com and selecting the season ticket holder’s account access icon from any page. Once on the “Manage Your Magic Account” page, simply log in by using your e-mail address or account ID and password.

TICKET FRAUD
Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revoking of tickets or ejection. Please purchase your tickets from authorized outlets.

    WILL CALL
    There are two different options for Magic will call services. On game days, guests may pick up tickets at will call, located on the east side of the Amway Arena. Guests will be required to present a valid photo I.D. and may pick up tickets starting 90 minutes prior to an Orlando Magic game. Will Call tickets can also be picked up on non-game days at the Orlando Magic ticket office, conveniently located inside the RDV Sportsplex in Maitland. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, excluding holidays.
