Dwight Howard Becomes the Youngest To Reach 4,000 Rebounds in NBA History

With 15 points and 13 rebounds in Tuesday night's game in Atlanta, Dwight Howard became the youngest player (22 years and 129 days old) in NBA history to reach 4,000 rebounds during his career.

In addition, Howard also recorded his 69th double-double of the season breaking the franchise record for double-double previously held by Shaquille O'Neal who tallied 68 double-doubles in the 1992-1993 season.

Howard has recorded 4,010 career rebounds during his brief, three-plus year NBA career (327 games).

Earlier this season on Nov. 16 @ New Jersey, Howard became the youngest player to reach 3,000 career rebounds, at 21 years and 343 days old.

Furthermore, Howard already is the youngest player in NBA history to reach the 1,000 and 2,000 career rebound plateaus.
