Box Office Hours
Individual game tickets can be purchased at the Amway Arena box office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Amway Arena box office accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For more information, please call 407.849.2020 and select “5”.

Single game tickets can also be purchased at the RDV Sportsplex in Maitland. Our box office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Magic box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For more information, please call 407.89.MAGIC and select “3”, or Toll free at 800.338.0005.

Will Call
For your convenience, we provide two different options for Magic Will Call services. On game days, guests may pick up tickets at Will Call, located on the east side of the Amway Arena. Guests will be required to present a valid photo I.D. and may pick up tickets starting 90 minutes prior to an Orlando Magic game. Will Call tickets can also be picked up on non-game days at the Orlando Magic Box Office, conveniently located inside the RDV Sportsplex in Maitland. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
