How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization’s auction or raffle?
All donation requests for autographed items must be submitted in writing on your organization’s original letterhead indicating the date of your event and how the item will be used (door prize, raffle, auction, etc.). Only 501©(3) organizations are eligible for donations of merchandise.

How far in advance should I send a letter of request?
Due to the volume of requests received, all donation requests must be received in the Pacers’ office at least six weeks prior to the date of your event.
If I send a basketball or jersey to be autographed, can you have it signed by the team or a player?
Team autograph sessions, which are closed to the public, are held once a month during the Pacers’ season. Only basketballs or jerseys pre-arranged to be autographed will be accepted.

Can I receive more than one item for my event?
In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, only one item will be provided per organization, per season (October to October).
I live outside of Indiana. Can my organization still receive a donation?
Due to NBA regulations, only those organizations within a 75-mile radius of Indianapolis will be considered for a donation.
How can I request a player appearance at my event/school?
All appearance requests must be submitted in writing on your organization’s original letterhead and must include the type/nature of your event, along with the date, time and location of the event, as well as what you would like the player to do (sign autographs, conduct a clinic, etc.). All requests must be received in the Pacers’ office at least six weeks prior to the date of your event. Please mail all appearance requests to:

How can my group receive donated tickets?
Through generous donations from our players and season ticket holders, the Pacers have a limited number of donated group tickets available for each Pacers home game. If your organization is interested in participating in the Pacers Community Ticket Block Program, send a written request on your organization’s original letterhead indicating the type of group you would like to bring to a game (military, Boys & Girls Club, etc.) Only 501©(3) organizations are eligible for a group ticket donation.

How can my classroom participate in a Pacers’ Reading TimeOut?
As part of the Pacers Read to Achieve program presented by Chase, members of the Pacers All-Star Reading Team visit one school each week to host a Reading TimeOut, encouraging school-aged children to embrace the love of reading.
