Bud Light®/Detroit Pistons 50th Anniversary Custom Ride Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes open to residents of Michigan who are 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on April 15, 2008 and ends at 3:00 p.m. CST on October 3, 2008 (³Sweepstakes Period²). Void where prohibited.

2. To enter: go to www.pistons.com/hummer (³Website²) and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an official online entry form. Entries must be received and recorded within the Sweepstakes Period. No other method of entry is acceptable. Limit one (1) entry per person. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.

3. Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 8, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Anheuser-Busch, Inc., (³Sponsor²), The National Basketball Association (³NBA²), its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc, NBA Media Ventures, LLC (³NBA Entities²), Glass Palace, LLC, Detroit Pistons and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents, nor any of their respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website¹s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants¹ or any other person¹s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of this Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor¹s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winner from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same mobile phone account, the authorized subscriber of the mobile phone account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the mobile phone number by the mobile carrier or other organization responsible for assigning phone numbers. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and will not be returned.

5. The prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail and phone. Grand prize will must complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within any of these time periods, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Alternate winners will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. If any prize notification or prize is returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable or if any selected entrant is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible or declines the prize, it will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

6. Employees and the immediate families of employees of Anheuser-Busch, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, individual retail licensees and NBA Entities, Glass Palace, LLC, Detroit Pistons or the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties (NBA), their respective subsidiaries, agents¹ affiliates, franchisees, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

7. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to Anheuser-Busch, Inc., the National Basketball Association and its member teams and NBA Properties, Inc., the use winner¹s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law. By participating, entrants agree (a) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding and (b) to release Detroit Pistons, Glass Palace, the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Sponsor, its parent company and franchisees/licensees, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, award supplier, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability in connection with any prize received in this Sweepstakes or from participating in the Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of receiving prize, any and all costs of redemption.

8. Grand Prize (1): A 2007 custom Hummer H2 vehicle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $40,000. Any options not included as part of the equipment, registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner does not have the choice of color or options. Winner must accept delivery of the vehicle at a specified time and location. The Hummer H2 vehicle will have been used and will be awarded in ³as is² condition. The vehicle will have accrued mileage, although actual mileage on the Hummer H2 cannot be determined prior to the awarding of the vehicle. Winner must present a valid license and insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize will be forfeited. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded to the winner.

9. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, Inc., NBA Entities, Detroit Pistons, Palace Sports & Entertainment, Inc., and their respective affiliates harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.
