Sixers Beach Bash presented by Kia Motors: Back at Jack's
The 76ers will swap their high tops for flip-flops on Saturday, August 2, 2008, when the team hosts its ninth-annual Sixers Beach Bash presented by Kia Motors at Jack's Place in Avalon, N.J. The hot spot, located at 36th and Ocean Drive, will be the place to be from 3 - 7pm as the Sixers provide great entertainment and give away cool prizes all in the name of charity.
A special area outside of Jack’s Place will be set up (weather permitting), complete with games and tons of fun, for kids and families, including clowns, face painters, prizes, memorabilia raffles, and more. While you're there, be sure to check out the All-New 2009 Kia Borrego, an SUV that makes you stop and stare.
Admission into the bar area of Jack's Place for all those 21 years of age and older is $10 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Sixers Charities. All outdoor activities, weather permitting, are open to the public.
