"If I weren't in the NBA, I'd be a detective."
Such is the proclamation from Suns guard Isaiah Thomas, who does just fine on the hardwood by putting up over 15 points, four assists and two rebounds in just 23.9 minutes per game.
Still, Thomas is pretty convincing in a recent video put together by Bleacher Report. From finger-printing to polygraphs to taking the wheel of a police vehicle, the 5-9 guard got a day's worth of work in with the Phoenix Police Department.
"I felt like a kid in a candy store, today," he said of the experience.
Semi-spoiler: Thomas may or may not have tried to sneak one past the polygraph test.
