The 2008 Shootout featured six of Minnesota's top basketball programs matching up with prep forces from across the nation. Over 20 major Division I recruits played in this year's event, including nationally ranked players Jrue Holiday (30 points, 13 rebounds) and Joe Jackson (29 points).
