If the answer is YES, Fan Patrol is a great opportunity for you.
Fan Patrol members are a game night entertainment group that can be found anywhere from on the court, to up top on The Hill. They interact with fans of all ages, entertain the crowd and assist with many other special promotions and events. Members of the Fan Patrol will become an integral part of the Washington Wizards Game Operations Staff.
Requirements:
A WIZARDS FAN!
18 years of age or older by September 1, 2008
Resident of the D.C., Maryland, or Virginia area with a reliable means of transportation
Energetic, in good physical shape and a friendly personality
Ability to interact with both adults and children
Gymnastics, dancing, or cheerleading experience is preferred but not a necessity
Responsibilities:
Assist Game Operations staff with on-court and in-arena promotions
Fulfill sponsorship commitments
Entertain and interact with fans
Oversee special pre and post game events
Assist with outside promotions for special evens such as All-Star Voting
Attend all assigned Fan Patrol meetings held TBD hours prior to games
Attend all games that you are scheduled to work
What to Expect:
Paid compensation for games and events
Work approximately 35 home games
Pre-game dinner provided on game nights
To play an integral part in fan experience
