For the 2023-24 regular season, scan your Thunder ID card before each concession purchase to receive Cash Assist credit that will be applied towards your 2024-25 season ticket activation. Full-Season Ticket Members receive 15% credit, Half-Season Ticket Members receive 5% credit.

What is Cash Assist?
Cash Assist rewards our Full-Season Ticket Members and Half-Season Ticket Members by crediting back a portion of your concession purchases toward your membership activation. Cash Assist is available exclusively through the Thunder Mobile App.
How do I earn credit?
Simply present your digital Thunder card located in the Thunder Mobile App at time of concession purchase to earn credit towards your membership activation. Your Cash Assist credit will appear in your account within one to two business days of purchase.
Cash Assist credit can only be earned at concessions throughout Paycom Center. Cash Assist credit cannot be earned at restaurants (including Old No. 7 Bar & Restaurant and the Michelob Ultra Club) or Power Forward locations.
Missing credit? You may now submit receipts for any transactions that were not processed.
How do I redeem my credits?
Twice a season, credits will automatically be applied to your membership balance.
Where can I find my digital Thunder card?
Your Thunder ID card is 100% digital. The Cash Assist tab is in the arena section inside of the Thunder Mobile App.
Will my credits expire?
Credits expire at the end of the regular season. Credits will rollover to the next year if you activate your ticket membership.
Can I transfer my credits to another person?
Cash Assist credits are non-transferable.
