ESPN Forecast Ranks Hawks 5th In "Most Likely East Champs" Category

Well, this one is a bit confusing.

The ESPN Forecast, the same panel of "experts" who had the Hawks tied for second in the Eastern Conference standings, says Atlanta has the 5th best chance of coming out of the East.

The Forecast, made up of a panel of more than 200 members who collectively possess NBA experience and knowledge, has been making predictions about the 2015-16 season for most of August.  Two weeks ago the forecast predicted the Eastern Conference regular season standings and had the Hawks with 50 wins, tied with Chicago for second-most in the East.

The forecast had yet to reveal 1-4 in the "East Champs" category Monday as of 1:15 p.m., but presumably the Heat, Wizards, Bulls and Cavaliers all have a better shot at winning the conference despite only Cleveland having a better regular season record, according to the same panel.

What do you think?  Is 5th too high, too low or just right?  Comment below with your thoughts.
